I had my root canal and bridge done here, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The receptionist (Ms. Camille) wad very accomodating and made the enitre process smooth. The dentist (Dr. Nermin) was caring and such a light hand. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Truly a professional and friendly team! 😊

Dr. Xena was great. She did my tooth extraction and even followed up on how I was feeling after few days. Her compassion towards her patients is very commendable.

I recently visited Dr. Xena at HealthPoint Dental Clinic for a teeth cleaning, and I had an amazing experience. Dr. Xena is not only highly skilled and professional, but also incredibly kind ,pretty and welcoming. I’ve had dental treatments at many places before, but Dr. Xena truly stands out as the best. I’m planning to return next week for teeth whitening because I fully trust her expertise. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very well-organized, and the prices are very reasonable for the high quality of care you receive. I messaged the clinic in the morning for the scheduled availability and confirmed for 4:30pm cleaning. I arrived a few minutes before the agreed time and waited for more than an hour. Receptionist were very accommodating but of course it’s still the dental cleaning services is what matters. The dental room staff doesn’t know who is next or not even though the receptionists keeps on repeating it to them. I was called at around 5:52pm and even had a small talk with the doctor. The cleaning started at 5:54pm and finished at 6pm. I even ask the doctor if it was already finished and he just told me that it was just a cleaning and not deep cleaning. I approach the reception area and confirm the price and it cost me 100 aed for a 6 minutes of cleaning. When I ask again to reconfirm because I had it timed that was the time they told me sorry or if I want to come back inside the room or they will refund me the money or whatever. For me it’s unfair. The receptionist run to me to give me back my money and discussed the whole scenario and apologize on behalf of the clinic services.
