Excellent clinic. Dr Ward in particular is an amazing specialist. I am scared of dentists, but he made me feel at ease. I was aware of all the steps during the treatment and felt in control. Superb!!!

The first and last dentist I will ever visit in the UAE. God punished me for going there. My teeth have never been this sensitive or painful in my life. Every bite hurts. I can only chew with about 70% pressure now and I’m just waiting to return to my home country to fix the damage. I had two crowns, and the doctor said, ‘We need to remove one to check inside.’ That tooth had no pain at all, but I trusted him and said okay. After removing it, they said, ‘The root looks bad, we need to replace the crown and even do an implant.’ Then they told me insurance wouldn’t cover it and gave me a bill for 8,000 AED. I refused, told them to put back the old crown, and they said it was broken while removing! My tooth was fine, now I’m left with nothing. Haram! What they did is pure injustice. Allah sees everything
